Take Rt.
287/Berlin Turnpike south towards Purcellville and the Rt. 7 Bypass. Take

Director, Round Hill Arts Center, Round Hill, Virginia

|
Round Hill Arts Center, a non-profit arts organization, seeks
an Executive Director to oversee all administrative and day-to-day
operations: managing staff; budgeting and fiscal oversight; fundraising,
grant writing, and development activities; gallery operations, exhibits,
programs and special events; marketing and publicity; and facility
management. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors,
working closely with them to set priorities and secure the resources needed
to support ongoing operations, and together with them represents the
organization in activities directed at broadening its exposure and building
partnerships within the community. Initially part-time with occasional evenings and weekends. This is
an exceptional opportunity for an individual with passion for the arts to
take this organization to the next level within the regional arts
community.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate
will have enthusiasm for cultivating an appreciation of the arts and
beneficial community relationships; effective experience handling budgets,
managing staff and volunteers and promoting a culture of teamwork,
fundraising and developing revenue opportunities, promotional activities;
excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills,
organizational ability, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree
and demonstrated experience in arts management or a related field in a
non-profit environment preferred.
